Not to freak you out or anything, but you will get old and your body will change (with our without babies).

So…

  • Do your cardio…
  • Eat your vegetables…
  • Schedule a physical if necessary…

But when the inevitable day comes when the scale is no longer consistent and lines start to magically appear on your face, give yourself a break. What you are going through is perfectly normal.
